Importing user`s profile photo

The import user`s photo profile consists of the Skedway platform importing the photos that are registered on the Google Workspace.

The profile photo will be applied in several places, such as the user's profile, display of maps where employees have appointments, guest surveys, among other places.

Behavior

By default, the system will import the user's photo on the first login, later when the user changes his photo on the integrated platform, it will be updated on Skedway only when the user performs the login again.

If the user wants his photo to be updated at the time, he just needs to log off (log out of the system) and log in again.

The moment the user changes his photo on Skedway, the system will interpret that he prefers to have different photos between platforms and will interrupt the import. Once interrupted, the import of the photo will no longer run, keeping the photos separate between platforms.

From this moment, if the user wants to have the same photo on both platforms, he will have to make the change manually on the integrated platform and on Skedway's system.

Configuration

By default, this feature is disabled, requiring manual activation.

This configuration requires the integration with the Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365 to be previously done

This configuration requires an account that has the access profile with permission to make changes to the company's general settings

1. Once logged into console, access: Menu ADMINISTRATION > Sub-menu MY COMPANY > tab CONFIGURATIONS > section USERS on the upper right corner;

2. Activate the option: "Import user photo automatically (Login Flow) via integration";

3. Done, the system will automatically import the profile picture of all users registered in the company.
